These should include all the content you sent over. This included header 3.

  • The featured borrowers area doesn't allow for a ton of borrowers. We could omit addresses to allocate more space for more names. Something to consider.
  • Board of directors...still need that info.
  • Front page image - this one is stock, but we can generally pick 3 or 4 to choose from for each occasion.
  • Some fillers were used here and there about OBDC.
  • Still need to add phone number on pages. Do you want OBDC, phone and url?
     
comp 2 This includes the masthead from comp 2 below.

comp 1 includes all content from your outline. Back page would be a 2nd borrower story or a new employee section. Changes per issue
comp 2 changes word count allowance for each section. Includes a feature by a different OBDC employee on back page.
comp 3 this layout uses more imagery to create a dynamic feel that's unique to each issue. This can be folded and mailed if desired, or more content can be added to back page.
