- Tax-Exempt Bond Financing. Financed a portfolio of more than $300 million of multi-family tax-exempt bonds including developing new techniques and structures for refinancing and obtaining credit enhancement.
- Loan Workouts and Restructuring. Managed the workout, restructuring or foreclosure of commercial, hotel, retail and multifamily loans.
- Commercial Property Management representing the owners of commercial, office, lodging, retail and multi-family real estate in managing and operating their properties.
